Ordering
- A deposit of $2,000.00 is required to confirm your order, of which
$500.00 is non-refundable once work has begun.
- At the time of deposit I will give you an approximate completion
date.
- Your order must be paid in full prior to delivery.
- You are responsible for all shipping and insurance costs.
Warranty
Tourtellotte Handcrafted Instruments
warrants that all of its musical instruments will be free from defective
materials and craftsmanship to the original purchaser for the life of the
luthier. Tourtellotte Handcrafted Instruments will repair or
replace any part thereof which is found by Tourtellotte Handcrafted
Instruments to be defective. The customer pays shipping and insurance to
and from Tourtellotte Handcrafted Instruments .
What is covered against manufacturing defects:
Parts and Labor to correct any defect in
materials used and any defect attributable to workmanship.
What is not covered:
* Instruments that have been subjected to extreme humidity or temperature
conditions.
* Instruments that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accident.
* Damage caused by shipping or other transportation.
* Normal wear and tear to serviceable parts such as tuning machines, and frets.
